Sandra Lambie opened William's September 12th 2019. After a full year of renovations, William's was ready to welcome guests. Sandra was born and raised in our town of Alliston. She started her career in restaurants at the young age of 18.

Her first job was on Victoria Street, at the Cave, and later, at the Windsor House. After a 20 year stint at Loretto Inn, Sandra opened The Coop Public House on King Street North. In 2018, she purchased 26 Victoria St. East.  The renovations were well thought out, the design includes many elements of history. The brick on the walls were made in Alliston on the 1800's. The rusty metal on the walls, is from the drive shed at Sir Federick Banting's homestead. The tables are made from 200 year old hemlock barn towards, taken down from the walls at the Coop, carefully planned and made into tables. A true labor of love. William's menu is filled with delicious meals that everyone can enjoy. Our outdoor patios are beautiful and perfectly designed for any type of weather. See you there!
