Mike brings a wealth of business experience and has senior level executive management experience with full P & L responsibilities in running various operations with revenues in the multi millions.

Mike previously served as Mitchell International’s Canadian General Manager and VP from 2002-2013.  Mike assumed full responsibility for Mitchell’s Caribbean Operations in 2008. Mike was a perennial President Club award winner for top sales and profitability for the business unit’s under his supervision.  Mike has been awarded Mitchell’s Salesperson of the Year. In this role, Mike and his team achieved significant growth and NPS Best Practices for his areas of responsibility.

Mike has previously worked in Sales Management with PHH and spent the early part of his career with Federated Insurance with responsibility for Auto Physical Damage Claims for Canada.   Mike holds a B.A. Finance, Administrative and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters Certificate from the Schulich School of Business, York University.

Mike is currently Co-Owner and Managing Partner of Silver Lining Holdings and MaxMard Investments.

Mike is a Melvin Jones Fellow from Lions Club International as well as he has been elected to the South Simcoe Hall of Fame for Volunteerism.  Mike is a three time Past President of the Alliston Lions Club, Past Chair of the Alliston Business Improvement Association, Current Chair of the Alliston Lion Building and Christmas Hamper Committees.  Mike started the Girls Ball Hockey and Girls Hockey programs in New Tecumseth.
